..this week was all about my work-out. I got the luxury of staying home most of the week, so I could focus more on my eating habits and work-out. I usually work-out once a day, about 6/7 days a week. This week I could take my time and work-out twice a day for about 30 to 40 minutes per training. My goal is creating a healthy lifestyle and not focus too much on a diet. I work with a personal trainer from Tight Training and she keeps me on my toes by checking in with me every week or so. You would be surprised I'd be working out if you knew how much of an unhealthy lifestyle I lived all my life. I surprise myself with what I'm doing now... everyday and again. It's not really hard.. it's what you make of it in your head. A 30 minutes work-out may seems like a lot in the beginning, but when I'm in the zone, it really only feels like 15 minutes to me. Plus you just got to know what to eat, how to exercise and how many times you'd got to do it. That's why I get advice from a professional. One of the areas I want to work is my stomach, which is a common problem area for women, so I've been told. And of course I have my weak days, where I eat bites of snacks I shouldn't eat. But the worst thing I can do is to get discouraged and don't move forward. I especially want to get bikini-ready before I go to Australia, which I'm pretty certain of I will succeed. I'm going on vacation at the end of October, which still gives me another good 2 months. Wish me luck! Today I'm wearing my denim favorites with leopard flats. I'm also wearing my buttery-soft leather bag from ECCO I was talking about last week..
..During this shoot it was actually raining heavily. I didn't exactly dress according to the weather. We found shelter under a building and kept going back and forward to locations. When we were done shooting, the sun came back and the rain was gone. Typical! Today I'm actually going to lunch with my sister (hoping her driving exams went well!) and meeting up with my niece and nephew in Amsterdam. What are you up to today?..
